Refund policy
We get it, sometimes things don't work out. That's why we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Here's how it works:

Contact Us First: To start a return, reach out to our customer care team on WhatsApp at +91 9891089292. Please note that all returns must be shipped back to us in its original packaging. Return shipping cost to be borne by customer.

Keep It Cozy (and Intact): All returns must be in their original, good condition and should include the packaging it came in.

Inspection, Then Refund: Once your return reaches our warehouse, we'll inspect it for any damage, which may take up to 7-10 days. Refunds will be processed only after the inspection is complete. Original forward shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount.

Damages or Wrong Product?: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’ve got you covered. We’ll offer an exchange. Just contact us and we’ll sort it out.
